WFW: A Quiet Heart
Posted by Kristen on February 3rd, 2010 . Filed under: WFW, scripture, wonder .Psalm 131:2-3
I’ve kept my feet on the ground,
I’ve cultivated a quiet heart.
Like a baby content in its mother’s arms,
my soul is a baby content.
Wait, Israel, for God. Wait with hope.
Hope now; hope always!

I like the thought that you can cultivate a quiet heart….it takes work…but it can be done. This is my first time participating…hope I did it right.

This is one of my faves – I love this verse! I came across it again while I’ve been preparing for March. I wrote about it in a different context – now I just need to remember it to steady my nerves!
